I have been doing quite a few lessons with her and have never been disappointed in any of them! She is a very polite and fun person to get to know and teaches in a fun, interactive but effective way. I feel that my mandarin level has improved a lot since I started learning with her. I am able to talk more fluently in Chinese and my vocabulary has been built up a lot. She always teaches me about Chinese culture, traditional idioms and easily motivates and interests me in many different aspects I have never given a second thought to. I would highly recommend her to any of the learners on Italki no matter what level you are on!

Jade is my favorite teacher ever, my idol! I'm so thankful to her for helping me reach fluency in Chinese, for making me love the language more and more every day! We had our first HSK4 class today, I'm so excited about the future lessons!

When I told her about some difficulties that I had with some Chinese characters, she explained the structure and the meaning behind it with detail and in a way so that you could easily follow. Also, every lesson, she is very happy and prepared for our lessons with a clear plan of what to complete and go through in the class. She also corrects me on my wrong tones frequently as well as asking me how to read this character or the meaning of a character that we have gone through so that I do not forget it. Thank you 老师！
