Nadir

Nadir is an amazing teacher! In a little over a month, he helped me go from being unable to string a sentence together in Amharic to feeling comfortable making simple conversation and getting to an A2 level. He is very attuned to what will help the student learn quickly. I highly recommend Nadir!

This is my first lesson I had with Nadir while back in Ethiopia after about 8-9 months studying on a near-weekly basis with Nadir from the US. My family and friends in Ethiopia are shocked at how much better I am speaking and how much more I know now. I wouldn't be able to speak this well without the resources that Nadir provides and his fantastic teaching style!

Learning Amharic with Nadir has been an incredible experience. He structures lessons thoughtfully, seamlessly blending grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice. In September, I decided to start learning Amharic with Nadir, and what I appreciate most is his ability to adapt to my learning style while making each lesson engaging and interactive. He is a gifted teacher—clear in his communication, intentional in setting expectations, and passionate about his students’ success. He makes learning both fun and meaningful, celebrating every milestone, big or small. Beyond his exceptional teaching skills, Nadir is incredibly committed, encouraging, and professional. He provides valuable resources and assignments that reinforce what I learn, making the process even more effective. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to learn from him. Great lesson! Nadir took our conversation and flipped it into a homework assignment, and study materials. Nadir is molding me into a natural Amharic speaker. It is an incredible journey indeed.
