Beatriz is a really well rounded teacher, she is always well prepared and does a great job of mixing conversation with grammar. I asked to work on the subjunctive and she masterfully used our conversation as we started the class for an introduction to her prepared materials and even prepared exercises and a song to show the subjunctive in action. I had absolutely no doubts afterwards, I highly recommend her she is a truly talented teacher. muito obrigado

I loved my lesson with Beatriz! I only had a few lessons before her’s and felt that she did an amazing job making sure I understand. I loved that she speaks mostly Portuguese because I think it allows me to try to use context clues to understand what she means. As a result, I learn more! Definitely recommend!

She is incredibly kind and dives right into the language once it starts and she has an idea of the level you are at. It was nice to speak with someone instead of just listening to a podcast or tv show. She has the perfect calm and enthusiastic energy to help guide you in your language journey.
