Hello, everyone! My name is Janelle, and I was born and raised in the Philippines. I have had the privilege of working with students of all ages from various corners of the world for many years. I've taught IELTS, General English, Business English, and ESL Kids. I have obtained international teaching certificates such as TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), and I am equipped with the necessary knowledge and techniques to create engaging and effective online learning environments.عني كمعلّم
I take my lead from students and work at their pace. I will then work with my students to help them enhance their language skills. I also give further advice on how to continue to improve.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I can teach my students slang expressions to let them sound like native speakers. I also offer conversational, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary classes. I always make sure that my class will always be student-centered. I love to hear my student's stories and experiences. I am always willing to give concrete support if my students have difficulties. I enjoy our lessons with Janelle. I expand my vocabulary, use it all the time, work on grammar, read something interesting. I see the results and want to go on. Also, the atmosphere is super comfortable. Janelle always guides, supports, asks interesting questions, gives feedback, and shares some valuable information with me. She's the best teacher :)

I achieved 7.5 in IELTS speaking thanks to Janelle! My goal was to improve my vocabulary to be more diversed, and I could say she is the best teacher to accompany for such journey. Her helpful comments including both constructive and complimenting feedbacks lead me to the unexpected high score! I really appreciate her and I will keep learning with Janelle for better English.

Teacher Janelle helped me a lot with my preparation for the IELTS test. I got an overall 8 (speaking 8, writing 7) in the end after taking several classes with her.
Janelle took notes when I spoke and gave me constructive feedback on how to restructure my sentences to sound more formal, reminding me of my grammar and vocabulary errors. She also provided me with tons of learning and practicing materials, such as mock tests and helpful test prep websites.
During the writing sessions, she taught me the core principles of IELTS writing, the pitfalls we often face, the examination criteria, etc. It helps me to gain more confidence in my writing and know the directions I can improve.
Overall, I love all the classes I have, they were always lively and she encouraged me a lot. Highly recommend teacher Janelle if you're looking for an IELTS tutor!
