Hello! I'm Tapas, a native Bengali and Hindi speaker, with English as my second language. I hold a master's degree in computer science and a bachelor's degree in physics. Working as a software developer and residing in Kolkata, the cultural heart of India, I'm naturally drawn to arts and heritage. Beyond code, I'm a devoted bookaholic, passionate about unraveling cultures worldwide.
Mastering effective conversations across languages, I believe language should never impede knowledge exchange. Let's break linguistic barriers together, fostering a global community where diverse perspectives can be shared and celebrated.عني كمعلّم
**Since my college days, I have been teaching both kids and adults English, Bengali, Hindi.
**I have experience of over 5 years in teaching students of all ages and levels and my teaching style differs with each.
**I try to get to know each of my students and allow them to know me as much as possible, to create a comfortable and engaging environment where they do not hesitate to ask questions or feel uncomfortable in making errors as it's all a part of learning.
**I believe that to succeed with anything in life, one has to enjoy what they do. This is why I try to make my lessons fun and interactive so that my students feel motivated to continue learning English, Bengali & Hindi.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
**Building vocabulary, pronunciation skills, basic grammar knowledge, and fluency are the core of my lessons. I focus more on helping to develop practical language skills that would enable the students to strengthen their proficiency in communicating effectively.
**I use audio resources in my lessons, which help students understand how the languages are used in real-life situations.
**I provide written materials about the topic of the day's lesson for revision purposes. I ensure that my students always have easy access to the required study assets.

Tapas is an excellent teacher. I have had several Bengali lessons with him and plan to have many more. He always comes well prepared for the lesson, has a plan, and uses great supporting materials that he shares afterwards. He also does a good job of mixing teaching with letting you practice yourself in the lesson to get better at the language. I definitely recommend Tapas!

Having the conversational classed with Tapas for couples of months, my speaking English has improved a lot in fluency. He also gave me advice to enlarge and expand my vocabulary in order to enrich my oral and written English. Now I am able to get into the all English meetings in my workplace and communicate with native speakers. Thanks Tapas help me a lot and I will keep praticing with him to expect more progress.
