Namaste! I’m Tapas, a passionate language educator and IT professional from India. Originally from Kolkata and now based in Bangalore, I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s in Physics, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge and teaching expertise.
For over 6 years, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching students of all ages, helping them improve their reading, writing, speaking, and conversational skills. Whether you prefer a structured course or a more casual, interactive approach, I tailor each lesson to suit your goals and learning style.عني كمعلّم
**I have experience of over 6 years in teaching students of all ages and levels, and my teaching style differs with each.
**I try to get to know each of my students and allow them to know me as much as possible, to create a comfortable and engaging environment where they do not hesitate to ask questions or feel uncomfortable making errors, as it's all a part of learning.

**My lessons focus on building vocabulary, improving pronunciation, mastering basic grammar, and enhancing fluency. I prioritize practical language skills, helping students communicate with confidence and ease.

** I provide written materials after each lesson for revision, ensuring students always have access to essential study resources.

I like lessons with Mr Topas because he always finds appropriate material as simple reading books (which are excellent for my level), phrases which I can use in everyday dialogues, etc. He is very patient even if I ask one word many times. I have lessons with Topas nearly every day and my Bangla level has grown from absolute zero to A2 during only 1 month of lessons. Thank you very much, Topas!!! 🙂👍👍👍

Having the conversational classed with Tapas for couples of months, my speaking English has improved a lot in fluency. He also gave me advice to enlarge and expand my vocabulary in order to enrich my oral and written English. Now I am able to get into the all English meetings in my workplace and communicate with native speakers. Thanks Tapas help me a lot and I will keep praticing with him to expect more progress.

Tapas is a wonderful teacher! I started learning with Tapas with zero knowledge of Hindi language in order to prepare for a trip to India. His teaching approach is intuitive and perfectly suited for beginners, making learning both accessible and enjoyable. Tapas is incredibly patient, always taking the time to explain concepts clearly and ensuring I'm comfortable with the material before moving forward. Tapas was a nice guy. He knows what he is doing.
Teached very well.
However He was in a place that was very hard to understand what he was saying and a lot of background noise as a fan and music.
We did not finish the entire class as I had an eletricity issue.
