My name is Miriam K. and I am from Nairobi, Kenya. I am TESOL-certified, native English, Swahili, and Kikuyu teacher keen on sharing my knowledge and love for languages.

My style is mostly conversational. I am interested in my students learning how to have everyday conversations in English, Kikuyu, or Swahili and eventually how to read and write.
All this is done with the student's priorities and preferences in mind.

This was an introductory lesson and Miriam was very patient and supportive. She has a nice style in helping me to speak Swahili. I will be booking more lessons with her.
