Soy Johanna, profesora certificada de español (ELE) con 20 años ayudando estudiantes a *hablar con fluidez y seguridad*. ¿Tu meta es dominar conversaciones cotidianas, gramática útil o español profesional? Mis clases son 100% prácticas: corregiré errores con paciencia y te guiaré con ejemplos reales (¡nada de memorizar!). Me considero una persona muy paciente al enseñar. Y siempre trato de que mis alumnos aprendan de manera práctica y dinámica. Para mí es importante asegurarme que mis estudiantes entiendan lo que aprenden y lo puedan usar en su vida diaria. Esto permite afianzar sus conocimientos. También estoy certificada como profesora de español para extranjeros. (ELE)
I consider myself a very patient person when teaching. And I always try to make my students learn in a practical and dynamic way. It is important to me to make sure my students understand what they are learning and can use it in their daily lives. This allows they to strengthen their knowledge. En primer lugar, me gusta hacer una evaluación del estudiante para saber desde donde partir y poder dar una ayuda eficaz. Usaré mucho la conversación para trabajar en la pronunciación, ayudarte con la gramática y el vocabulario. Considero que al aprender un nuevo idioma es muy importante que nos corrijan si decimos algo mal, por eso estaré ahí para ayudarte en este proceso y corregirte pacientemente.

Johanna continues to be the fabulous teacher she has always been. I’ve been studying with her for the past couple of years at least. Classes with Johanna are something I always look forward to because I continue to improve while having a great time.
