I am Tania Haque, a native Bengali speaker, born and brought up in Bangladesh. I have completed my B.A. in Bangla Language and Literature from Khulna University, Bangladesh, and M.A. in the same discipline from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, India. I teach Bangla language, literature, history, culture, and politics with a comprehensive and engaging approach. I can speak Bangla, English, Hindi, and a little bit of French. With over 6 years of teaching experience, I have delivered 6,000+ online lessons and received 266+ positive reviews from students. I teach Bengali in a simple and friendly way that focuses on using the language in real life. My lessons are planned based on what each student needs, their level, and how they learn best. From the beginning, students practice speaking and listening, and grammar is taught through easy examples and conversations instead of memorizing rules. I help students slowly improve all skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I give special attention to clear pronunciation and sounds. The Bengali alphabet is taught step by step, based on the student’s ability. Tania is an excellent teacher, her style being clear and engaging. She is patient and tries her best to adapt being at the same time attentive to little details. She invests efforts into explaining complex things and expressions in different ways using simple examples taken from everyday life.
