Hallo! My name is Ådne, I’m a native Norwegian speaker from Trondheim studying computational linguistics in Tübingen, Germany, teaching Norwegian to speakers of English and German. I love discussing the grammar and phonetics of my native language, and have plenty of language learning experience myself :)عني كمعلّم
I spend a lot of my free time learning new languages, and even more of it learning about languages, and try to travel to new places whenever I can. So if you also like languages and travelling we’ll have a lot in common to talk about! ((In Norwegian :) ))دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
What I usually find ends up working the best in my lessons is having conversations about whatever comes up naturally, or what you would like to practice talking about, sticking to Norwegian as much as possible, typing out corrections in the chat along the way, and going over topics in grammar or pronunciation in more detail whenever it could be useful.
With students at a beginner level I usually teach basic words and structures to string those words together into phrases, and we manage to get talking in Norwegian fairly quickly that way.

Ådne has a great mastery of both language learning and also the underlying phonetics of language. That level of detail and precision makes him especially well placed to point out not just opportunities to improve pronunciation, but also simple adjustments to create the improvement.

Great trial lesson! Since I know Danish already he was great in showing the differences between the two, and diving deeper into reginal accents that interest me. Will be taking another lesson for sure!
