ሰላም! 🙂 I'm Dagmawit, a 31 years old native Amharic speaker from Ethiopia. I enjoy learning and teaching languages as it helps me get to know people and their culture. I will be teaching Amharic here on italki and I can’t wait to help you achieve your Amharic goals!عني كمعلّم
As a teacher I will be friendly and patient so that you will be comfortable enough to make mistakes and learn through that. I will take my time to motivate my students and my class room environment can be described as fun, interactive and supportive. دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
When it comes to learning methods, one size doesn’t fit all and the preferable method is different for everyone. So as a teacher I will deliver my lessons via a method which is preferred by the student. Great teacher with great English. She was quick to pick up on my misunderstandings and simplify complex concepts. She is also very analytical, able to just practice conversation or explain broader linguistic patterns. I appreciate her thorough yet flexible approach.

It was my sister and my second time with Dagmawit. She worked with us to learn names of family members and to review what we learned last week. We learned a lot like last time, and she was really patient with each of our questions on pronunciation. I am excited to continue taking lessons with Dagmawit.
