Hi there, my name is Mariset! I have a degree in Modern Languages and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Hispanic Worlds: Creative and Cultural Industries. I have a passion for exploring different cultures and making new friends, and I absolutely adore dogs! When I'm not traveling or meeting new people, you will find me reading, hitting the gym, or watching movies. As a tutor, I like to take a conversational approach focused on grammar, culture, pronunciation, and more. I believe in creating strong bonds with my students and helping them to succeed in a relaxed and supportive environment. If you're looking for a dynamic language teacher I would be delighted to work with you!

I think that teaching requires professionalism, empathy, and patience. That is why I like to customize each lesson to the student's goals and personalities. This allows me to choose the teaching approach that best suits their interests. Plus, I am fun, motivating, interactive, and attentive to details.

During our lessons, I will use the communicative approach because you need to develop your oral skills as much as possible. Plus, I will use didactic tools to help you understand such matters as grammar, sentence construction, conjugation, pronunciation, and more.
