My lessons are dynamic, supportive, and focused on real communication. You’ll speak from day one, build confidence, and improve with practical tools you can use right away. Let’s reach your goals together! After working in various fields—communications, project management, tourism, healthcare, and more—I returned to school to earn a certificate in Teaching French as a Second Language. I now teach French full-time to adult learners and truly love this career. My students describe me as a passionate and dynamic teacher—organized, authentic, and open-minded. I create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and making mistakes. I easily adapt to different goals, needs, and learning styles, and my sense of humor helps make lessons enjoyable, motivating, and engaging. My intro class with Julie was my first on italki and it was a wonderful experience. She understood my level of French quickly, adapted her lesson to it, and laid out a plan for future learning. She's also very friendly and funny!
