¡Hola! Soy Fer, but most people call me María 🌞
I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico. I studied International Business at BUAP and I’m currently studying Psychology at UNAM. I lived in London for two years, where I truly experienced what it means to learn and use a second language every day.
I love learning languages, and it taught me that each one requires different methods. That’s why I adapt my teaching style to every student. I love traveling and always learn at least 20 phrases in the local language. I love cats (and animals, in general) and I consider myself a kind human being.عني كمعلّم
I am an empathetic, understanding, and above all, patient teacher. I strive to create a harmonious, respectful, and even fun environment where you feel comfortable speaking.
I strongly believe that learning should not involve pressure or fear of making mistakes. On the contrary, mistakes are a natural and necessary part of the process when learning a language.

The MOST patient person! Can’t say enough good things about María. She helps you as you go, but not too much. She’s ready to help you in whatever you need help with. She NEVER makes you feel bad or embarrassed for not knowing something and she had some great stories!
