I am a good teacher because teaching is a passion that makes me happy. I love seeing the sparkle in the eyes of a person learning something new. I love children and I love teaching them. Also, I enjoy working with all kinds of people including deaf people or people with disabilities. I also have experience with youth, adults, and seniors.

Además, disfruto de trabajar con todo tipo de personas incluidas las personas sordas o personas con capacidades diferentes. I adapt to the pace and capacity of each student. My classes are a pleasant time to learn. Through didactics, pedagogy taught so that each student, according to their circumstances and needs, can learn. Friendly conversation and laughter are key when learning a language so this is also part of the classes.
Me adapto al ritmo y capacidad de cada estudiante. Mis clases son un momento agradable en el que se aprende. Por medio de la didáctica, la pedagogía enseño para que cada estudiante según sus circunstancias y necesidades pueda aprender. Shirley is such a wonderful teacher! She’s super sweet, endlessly patient with my clumsy Spanish, and always ready to explain things when I get stuck. The lessons are fun and full of laughter, which really helps me feel relaxed instead of nervous about speaking. I’m so happy I found her!

Another wonderful class with Shir! I already had a few lessons and I love them. Even if I feel a little nervous before, I always end up enjoying the class a lot. Shir is patient, kind, and makes learning fun. I really recommend her lessons!

Shir is absolutely amazing! We’ve only had two classes so far, mostly simple conversations, but I’ve really loved them. She’s super friendly and patient, and she made me feel encouraged to speak even with my very limited vocabulary. I highly recommend her – a lovely person and a great teacher!
