Hello, my name is Masahiro. I participated in the Japan Foundation's ’Nihongo Partners' Program for 6 months as an assistant teacher at a high school in Indonesia. I currently work at a Japanese language school.
I was born and raised in Tokyo and live in Yokohama now, so I speak standard Japanese. My hobbies are mountaineering, running, photography and traveling all over the world. (I have travelled to more than 30 countries. Especially, I love rail travel with my backpack.) I have been involved in financial business for more than 30 years and have worked overseas in countries such as USA and Thailand. Therefore, I have a lot of experience working together with non-Japanese speakers.عني كمعلّم
日本語教育能力検定試験は2020年に合格、日本語教師養成講座を2021年に修了しました。日本語を教える事は勿論、日本のビジネスマナーや、文化についても教える事ができます。ビジネスの場面でも対応できる、知的で正しい日本語を身につけましょう。
I passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test in 2020 and completed the Japanese Language Teacher Training Course in 2021. As I have more than 30 years’ experience in business, I can help you learning not only Japanese language but also business etiquette and culture. Let us learn high-level and workplace Japanese that can be used even in the business scene.

Based on your needs and requests, I will flexibly customize lesson. So please feel free to contact me. Before the trial lesson, please let me know your history of learning Japanese, textbook you want to use and what you want to learn. To learn foreign languages, 'Output' is the most important thing. Do not hesitate to speak Japanese in my lesson. No errors, no progress! I will help you speak in correct pronunciation and grammar. I have had 30 lessons with Masahiro-sensei and my Japanese has really improved. I am sad that he will be traveling for the next 6 months but in March I will start lessons with him again and look forward to it. Have fun in Indonesia!

I really appreciate Masahiro-San’s guidance and instruction. He does a great job giving feedback, letting me try to write and use grammar and phrases on my own, and the showing me how I was incorrect or could say it in a more natural manner. I’m happy I found him on italki. I look forward to many more lessons.
