I graduated with a degree in Business Administration; I eventually realized that my true passion lies in teaching. This realization led me to make a bold decision – to leave the manufacturing industry and pursue a path that aligns with my purpose. Teaching has given me a sense of fulfillment that goes beyond professional achievement. I have developed my skills as an educator and learned that teaching is not simply about delivering lessons or transferring knowledge. It is about building meaningful connections with students and understanding their individual needs. Because of this, I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and empathetic learning environment.
As an experienced teacher, I am dedicated to helping students achieve academic success and committed to providing emotional support through meaningful conversations. With over four years of teaching experience, I've come to understand that learning is not merely about absorbing information but also about feeling understood, supported, and heard. Many learners face various challenges, including stress, anxiety, job-related problems, and personal issues, which can impact their ability to focus and succeed. Recognizing this, I strive to create a supportive and empathetic environment where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions.
