Native Danish teacher since 2018, with a Master's degree in Danish, and pedagogical training. I inherited my love for Danish as well as Ancient languages from my paternal grandmother, who was a Danish and History teacher herself for many years. With her, I developed a profound interest in teaching. Later, I had to study Latin almost on my own because very few people wanted to study it. I often felt stuck and thought about quitting, but I tried to find the patience and I explored different methods in order to learn. As a person, I am very patient, and it is important for me that you feel comfortable showing me your difficulties and giving your opinion.

Bachelor & Master of Education, with 8 years experience in learning. Informal and fun is the focus! As a teacher I am a huge disciple of informal learning. I don't believe that grammar books and filling in blanks on worksheets is the way in which a language, or anything for that matter, should be learned. It is neither fun, nor in my experience particularly effective. Of course, as a beginner, some basic grammar is needed, but as soon as my students have enough vocabulary to start using the language in meaningful sentences and conversations, I seek to activate this language in my student in a fun and engaging way. Having a good time, having fun while learning, as well as keeping my teaching goal oriented towards the needs of my student is of uttermost importance.
