I believe the biggest factor to learning a language is having the courage to make mistakes! Actually, I am convinced there are no mistakes when it comes to learning, only lessons!

I create a google document for each student and type everything that we do/say during the class. I ask a lot of questions and wait patiently until you answer - after that I provide grammar and pronunciation corrections and suggest different words you could have used and type it all in the document. You can access it anytime, add your own words or translations and do your homework there, it's like a virtual notebook.
