On Cyprus I started working as an online tutor and have worked on two online platforms before starting on italki. I hold a BA in Translation with English as major and Spanish and French as minors, so I have a good background for teaching students who have those languages as native languages.

As a tutor I try to do the things that I have found most useful as a learner. We can speak about what interests you, read texts together or watch videos online and then talk about those. I do want to help you with whatever you need, so we will start by speaking about your goals and expectations regarding the lessons. I do not believe in studying grammar charts or vocabulary lists, but I do believe in improving those areas by gaining a natural understanding of how a language works through listening, reading an speaking.
