Ich unterrichte seit dem Jahr 2005 und durfte ganz viele Erfahrungen sammeln in der Unterstufe, in der Mittelstufe, in der Oberstufe, in Kleinklassen in einer Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie u.s.w. Die letzten fünf Jahre habe ich in einer Primarschule im Raum Zürich unterrichtet, dort war ich als DaZ (Deutsch als Zweitsprache)-Lehrperson tätig, wo ich auch noch die DaZ-Ausbildung absolviert habe. Das Unterrichten macht mir sehr viel Spass, ich bin sehr motiviert und zielstrebig.

Now I am well-known in the Esperanto community - a regular teacher-in-residence at NASK and other events. In 1988 I became a tutor in a Free Esperanto Course (which I now administer), and when I left my IT career in 2016, I started teaching once a week at the local ESOL Association, as well as tutoring on line and in person. Teaching different languages in these situations has given me a unique perspective.

As someone who used to stutter and dislike languages (and especially the pesky grammar), getting into intense-self-studies to improve my English became my origin story. I worked as teacher for English in my hometown for 2 years afterward, after acquiring a C2 certificate from Cambridge. This encouraged me to also intensely study and re-fresh the German grammar, phonetics and teaching techniques (didactic) before starting to teach it online full-time. (it included a lot of head-shaking, and I’m a native) Through that, and my pursuit to master art I don’t believe in inherited talent, but pursued interest.
