Hello everyone! I am totally new in this app. I am so disappointing for their service. I booked one trial session with teacher Gemma but suddenly she cancelled the class . I again booked then she cancelled again. After that I was trying to book with another person but they charge me again. My question is where is 5 dollar gone? I emailed them regarding this issue. Why they showed I need to pay again if I want new class. I don’t have any issue to pay .but i already paid 5 dollar but no one is there to help this problem. I am happy to pay extra money. I don’t know how do they manage their app. There is no phone number to contact with them. There is just only robotic auto reply coming. Just ridiculous service. I already emailed them service centre still no reply. Here is the proof of my payment. I don’t know is it right place to talk about this matter . Just sharing if anyone faces the same issue. I already send text to that teacher Gemma but she didn’t reply anything. I will wait till tomorrow then I will take further action. It’s not about money , it’s about their wrong communication and misguided other person also wasting their time.
