1. You will be able to master basic Chinese pinyin elements, including some initials, finals, and tones. 
2. Learn and remember 10 - 15 basic Chinese words related to daily life, such as "你好 (nǐ hǎo: hello)", "再见 (zài jiàn: goodbye)", "我 (wǒ: I)", "你 (nǐ: you)", "水 (shuǐ: water)", "书 (shū: book)", etc. 
3. Be able to use simple sentence patterns like "我是…… (Wǒ shì...: I am...)" to introduce yourselves briefly.
4. Cultivate an interest in Chinese language learning and overcome the fear of speaking a new language.
