This session explores the concept of the “shadow self”—the hidden or suppressed parts of our personality that influence how we think, feel, and behave. Participants will learn how traits like anger, insecurity, jealousy, or fear can operate beneath the surface and shape reactions, judgments, and relationships.
Through reflection and real-life examples, the lesson helps participants recognize how these hidden traits show up indirectly and how greater self-awareness can lead to healthier emotional responses and more authentic behaviour.
