Then, this class is for you! In these lessons we will discuss everything from architecture to philosophy and the environment to conspiracy theories. We will have discussions, hold debates, take part in role plays and work together to solve problems. Each lesson will be based around a different topic but here are some previous examples: - Futuristic farming; what is it? How does it work? and how will it affect the agricultural industry of food producing nations? - Conspiracy theories; How do they form? What makes one 'believe'? Can anyone create a conspiracy theory? - The Architectural Trend Dividing London's Elites: A case study of billionaire basements - Fast Fashion; How can we solve the problems caused by our fast-paced consumer society? These lessons will allow you to really push your English to the limits and practice interjecting, interrupting and controlling the flow and direction of conversation. You will need to combine skills - reading, listening, speaking and (sometimes) writing in order to complete the tasks set by the teacher. You will also need to work together in small teams to achieve a communicative aim.
