By the end of the session you will understand: - How to make a great first impression using effective SMALL TALK. - How to UNDERSTAND what others are saying (and not saying) when they are making small talk by LISTENING to some typical interactions. - What crucial PHRASES to use to begin, build and close a small talk conversation. - How to build long-lasting business RELATIONSHIPS based on that first impression.
