はい、こんにちは。今回はポッドキャストの23回目です。最近、仕事でもプライベートでも準備することが多くて、少し忙しいです。寝る時間が不規則になったり、花粉症があったりして大変ですが、頑張ります。ポッドキャストに関するリクエストや改善案ももらったので、少しずつ反映していきたいと思います。

Hello. This is the podcast episode 23. I've been a bit busy lately with a lot of preparation both at work and in my personal life. It's hard with irregular sleeping hours and hay fever, but I'm trying my best. I've received some requests and suggestions for improvement regarding the podcast, so I'll try to reflect them little by little.

今日は早口言葉について話したいと思います。みなさんは早口言葉を知っていますか？英語ではtongue twisterといいます。正しく発音するのが難しいフレーズを、早く言えるかどうか試す遊びです。早口言葉は日本語にもたくさんあります。今日は３つの早口言葉を紹介したいと思います。

Today I would like to talk about Hayakuchi Kotoba. Do you know Hayakuchi Kotoba? In English it is called “tongue twister”. It is a game to see if you can say a phrase that is difficult to pronounce correctly as quickly as possible. There are many Hayakuchi Kotoba in Japanese, too. Today I would like to introduce three Hayakuchi Kotoba.

まず紹介するのは、「赤巻紙　青巻紙　黄巻紙」です。「赤、青、黄」は色の名前です。「巻紙」とは、昔手紙を書くときに使われた紙のことです。つまり、赤と青と黄色の３種類の巻紙です。とくにストーリーはありません。それでは言ってみましょう。まずはゆっくり。「赤巻紙　青巻紙　黄巻紙」。そして早く。「赤巻紙　青巻紙　黄巻紙」。

The first one to be introduced is the ”Aka-Makigami, Ao-Makigami, Ki-Makigami”. ‘Aka(red), ao(blue), ki(yellow)’ are the names of the colours. ‘Makigami (roll of paper)’ refers to the paper used for writing letters in the olden days. In other words, there are three types of rolled paper: red, blue and yellow. There is no particular story behind this. Now let's say it. First, slowly. ”Aka-Makigami (red roll paper), Ao-Makigami (blue roll paper), Ki-Makigami (yellow roll paper)”. Then, quickly. ”Aka-Makigami, Ao-Makigami, Ki-Makigami”

次に紹介するのは、「生麦　生米　生卵」です。これも前の例と同じように、３つの名詞を並べたフレーズです。「生」は、料理していない食べ物の状態のことです。「麦、米、卵」は食べ物の名前ですね。他にも、「生肉」や「生クリーム」という単語が日常的によく使われます。それでは言ってみましょう。まずはゆっくり。「生麦　生米　生卵」。早く。「生麦　生米　生卵」。

日本人(にほんじん)、どうやって出会(であ)うの？How did you two meet?

Históricamente, la inmigración estadounidense en mi país fue siempre esporádica, poco cuantiosa y puntual. Pero esto comenzó a cambiar en el año 2001, con el inicio de la incesante y estrepitosa devaluación de la moneda. 

Tal es así, que al día de hoy solamente en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, se encuentran registrados oficialmente más de 26.000 estadounidenses. Muchos de ellos, deciden vivir en suelo foráneo de forma permanente por razones existenciales, mientras que otros llegan por intercambios universitarios o, a trabajar en forma remota desde su país de origen, o bien se trata de mayores de 65 años de clase media que, con su jubilación en dólares, pueden vivir cómodamente en Buenos Aires. 

Por estos y otros motivos, Estados Unidos se ha convertido en el octavo país en la lista de nacionalidades que más solicitudes de radicación han presentado ante la Dirección General de Migraciones desde el año 2004; la segunda no limítrofe después de China. 

Sumado a ello, en el primer semestre del 2023 ingresaron más de 257 mil turistas estadounidenses al país, logrando posicionarse en el cuarto lugar del ranking de turismo extranjero (con el 11,4%) sólo detrás de los chilenos, brasileños y uruguayos. 
Además, luego de la pandemia, el boom de turistas provenientes del país anglosajón creció un 16% respecto al año 2019. Los lugares predilectos de estos visitantes son la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, la Patagonia, y las provincias de Salta, Jujuy y Mendoza.

Es muy habitual que, al caminar por ciertas calles de zonas más turísticas se escuche hablar mucho inglés e, incluso, que existan numerosos espacios de intercambio lingüístico en bares y cafés. 

Muchas gracias a los estadounidenses que deciden visitar mi país, ya sea en forma temporal o permanente.

こんにちは！Atsushiです。
今日の天気は雨です。
気温は16℃です。

さて、このPodcastもいよいよ99回目になりました。
録音できていない日もありますが、その分、1日に2回録音している日もあります。ですので、結果的には、このPodcastをはじめてから毎日配信しているペースで続けています。

次はいよいよ100回目です。
ということで、ルーティン、習慣について話そうと思います。

みなさんは、はじめようと思ったことを、ずっと続けていることはありますか？私は意志が強くないので、続けていることはとても少ないです。ですが、最近になって、ようやく続けるコツをつかんできました。

ポイントは簡単にすることです。
簡単にしても続けることは大変ですね。
でも、難しくするともっともっと大変です。

例えば、ランニングを続けたい、と思った時、どう予定を立てますか？もちろん、はじめはモチベーションが高いです。ですので、週に5回、毎回10キロ走る！など高めの目標設定をしてしまいます。でもそれは結局、続きません。人はモチベーションをずっと同じに保つのはとても難しいですね。モチベーションが下がる時もあります。そんな時のことも考えた上で、目標設定をするのがいいと思います。ですので、ランニングを始めたい時は、週に2.3回、2.3キロからはじめるとかが良いと思います。もちろん人によります。本当にランニングの習慣を作るのが初めての人は、週に1回、1キロから、とかでもいいかもしれません。

簡単そうかもしれませんが、それを続けるのは意外と難しいですね。でもその簡単な目標を決めてクリアしていくことで達成感を積み重ねていって、自信がついてきます。その後に少しずつ、走る日数や走る距離を増やしていくと良いと思います。

はじめから欲張らないように、続けるのが大変と感じないように、毎回それをするのが楽しくなるぐらいになると、無意識に続けられるようになります。そして、この達成感が得られると、他のものにも応用ができるようになります。

私は、このPodcastを始める前にも、他にも何回か、ルーティンにするまでのチャレンジをしたことがあります。何度も失敗もしました。だから、どうやったら続けられるかがわかりました。

みなさんも何かを始める時は簡単な目標設定からはじめてくださいね！

そして、このPodcastも、1回の時間をとても短くしています。だいたい2.3分ですね。すぐ終わりますので、いつでも聞けるし、何回も聞けると思います。
