Laura: Oye, Carlos, creo que necesito cambiar mi alimentación.

Carlos: ¿Por qué lo dices?

Laura: Porque últimamente solo como comida rápida y dulces.

Carlos: Uf, sí… eso puede afectar tu salud si lo haces muy seguido.

Laura: ¡Lo sé! Pero es tan fácil comprar algo rápido en vez de cocinar.

Carlos: Te entiendo. A mí me pasaba lo mismo. Comía hamburguesas y papas fritas casi todos los días.

Laura: ¡Exacto! Y ni hablar de los refrescos… tomo soda en cada comida.

Carlos: Ese es un mal hábito. Mucho azúcar y calorías vacías. ¿Has probado tomar más agua?

Laura: Lo intento, pero el agua me parece aburrida.

Carlos: Puedes agregarle rodajas de limón o pepino. Eso le da un buen sabor.

Laura: ¡Buena idea! También quiero comer menos snacks. Siempre tengo papitas o galletas en mi bolso.

Carlos: Podrías reemplazarlas por nueces o frutas. Son más saludables y también llenan.

Laura: Sí, creo que debo empezar a cambiar poco a poco.

Carlos: Exacto. No se trata de eliminar todo de golpe, sino de mejorar tus hábitos.

Laura: También debería aprender a cocinar cosas más saludables.

Carlos: ¡Eso ayudaría mucho! Así controlas los ingredientes y comes mejor.

Laura: ¡Gracias, Carlos! Me motivaste a empezar con pequeños cambios.

Carlos: ¡Ese es el espíritu! Poco a poco verás la diferencia.

Laura: Bueno, entonces… ¡hoy ceno ensalada en vez de pizza!

Carlos: ¡Esa es una gran decisión! Yo haré lo mismo.

You can use it daily and leave a digital footprint, all while building your personal brand. It’s the living, breathing version of your resume. Finally, when you apply for jobs through LinkedIn, the person viewing your application will see a breakdown of how your profile aligns with the job description, including your skills. While you have limited space on a resume to list your skills, you can incorporate keywords throughout your profile as well as in your Skills & Endorsements profile section. Plus, when you apply for jobs with a Premium LinkedIn account, you can see how you compare to other candidates and how many people have applied. In some cases, applying won’t be worth your time.

Halo semua! Selamat pagi, siang, sore dan malam! 
Akhir-akhir ini saya sangat sibuk, jadi hanya punya sedikit waktu untuk membuat podcast. Maaf ya! 
Oh iya, hari sabtu akhir minggu lalu, saya pergi dengan teman saya ke museum kereta. Saya mendapat tiket cuma-cuma dari teman saya itu. “Cuma-cuma” artinya “gratis”, “free”, atau di Bahasa Jepang artinya “無料”. Wah, saya senang banget! Kami sangat menikmati hari itu. Kami juga makan di restoran yang terkenal dengan cumi-cumi goreng! Haha… “Cumi-cumi” adalah “イカ” di Bahasa Jepang, dan “squid” di Bahasa Inggris. Hari itu sangat menyenangkan! Tiket cuma-cuma dan makan cumi-cumi! Lain kali saya mau makan cumi-cumi cuma-cuma! Kalian bisa mengerti artinya? Haha…. Ok, hari ini sampai di sini ya, dadah!
