副業の20万円ルールとは、本業以外の所得の総額が年間20万円以下であれば、確定申告が不要となるルール。 


注意して欲しいのは、不要なのは所得税の確定申告のみで、住民税については申告する必要があります！
また、副業の所得が20万円以下であっても、確定申告によって納めすぎた源泉徴収税の一部が還付される場合もありますよ。
