изрека = поговорка 
"Ко се сели, тај се не весели" =букв. Кто переезжает, тому горе

слагати се СА КИМ/ЧИМ?  = быть согласен С КЕМ/ЧЕМ?  (Ја се слажем/не слажем СА тобом. Не бих се сложио са Вама.)
