I am going to talk about the difference between two prefixes, “un-” and “non-.” Both of them are used to make negative words, but their meanings have some subtle differences.

On était en plein hiver, il y avait même de la neige ! Mascotte, encore tout endormie, a fait quelques pas, mais, quand elle a senti le froid, elle est repartie à toute vitesse, pas contente du tout.
Oscar riait beaucoup.
- Quand tu dormiras au soleil, j’irai te tirer par la queue, a-t-elle promis. Puis elle s’est rendormie en rêvant à l'été et aux fleurs qui recouvrent la montagne.
