Всем привет! (Hello everyone!)
Сегодня 19 девятнадцатое августа. (Today is the 19th of August.)
Как быстро летит время. (How quickly time flies.)
Сегодня у меня мало работы. (Today I have little work.)
Поэтому я много отдыхала и спала. (That’s why I rested and slept a lot.)
Но чем больше я сплю, тем больше я чувствую себя усталой. (But the more I sleep, the more tired I feel.)
Сегодня мне лень что-либо делать. (Today I feel too lazy to do anything.)
Хотя я смогла приготовить обед и написать рассказ на русском языке. (Although I managed to cook lunch and write a story in Russian.)
Погода была солнечной, но сейчас немного пасмурно. (The weather was sunny, but now it’s a bit cloudy.)
Я бы хотела выйти покататься на велосипеде. (I would like to go out for a bike ride.)
Надеюсь, что не пойдёт дождь. (I hope it won’t rain.)
Всем желаю хорошего дня или вечера. (I wish everyone a good day or evening.)

My diary in Russian

19 августа, мой день 

Je ne vous aime pas, ô blonde Célimène,
Et si vous l’avez cru quelque temps, apprenez
Que nous ne sommes point de ces gens que l’on mène
Avec une lisière et par le bout du nez ;
Je ne vous aime pas… depuis une semaine,
Et je ne sais pourquoi vous vous en étonnez.

Je ne vous aime pas ; vous êtes trop coquette,
Et vos moindres faveurs sont de mauvais aloi ;
Par le droit des yeux noirs, par le droit de conquête,
Il vous faut des amants. (On ne sait trop pourquoi.)
Vous jouez du regard comme d’une raquette ;
Vous en jouez, méchante… et jamais avec moi.

Je ne vous aime pas, et vous aurez beau faire,
Non, madame, jamais je ne vous aimerai.
Vous me plaisez beaucoup ; certes, je vous préfère
À Dorine, à Clarisse, à Lisette, c’est vrai.
Pourtant l’amour n’a rien à voir dans cette affaire,
Et quand il vous plaira, je vous le prouverai.

J’aurais pu vous aimer ; mais, ne vous en déplaise,
Chez moi le sentiment ne tient que par un fil…
Avouons-le, pourtant, quelque chose me pèse :
En ne vous aimant pas, comment donc se fait-il
Que je sois aussi gauche, aussi mal à mon aise
Quand vous me regardez de face ou de profil ?

Je ne vous aime pas, je n’aime rien au monde ;
Je suis de fer, je suis de roc, je suis d’airain.
Shakespeare a dit de vous : « Perfide comme l’onde » ;
Mais moi je n’ai pas peur, car j’ai le pied marin.
Pourtant quand vous parlez, ô ma sirène blonde,
Quand vous parlez, mon cœur bat comme un tambourin.
Je ne vous aime pas, c’est dit, je vous déteste,
Je vous crains comme on craint l’enfer, de peur du feu ;
Comme on craint le typhus, le choléra, la peste,
Je vous hais à la mort, madame ; mais, mon Dieu !
Expliquez-moi pourquoi je pleure, quand je reste
Deux jours sans vous parler et sans vous voir un peu.
