高端的 gāo duān de：high-end
食材 shí cái：food Ingredients
烹饪 pēng rèn：cooking; culinary art
味道 wèi dào：flavor；taste
无比 wú bǐ：incomparable; unparalleled;
闹市 nào shì：downtown area; busy streets
厨艺 chú yì：Cooking skills
传授 chuán shòu：pass on (knowledge, skill, etc.)；teach
口耳相传 kǒu ěr xiāng chuán：teach orally
心领神会 xīn lǐng shén huì：The heart receives and spirit knows it.; understand tacitly
滋补 zī bǔ：tonic;nourish
不容错过 bù róng cuò guò：unmissable
热腾腾的 rè téng téng de：Hot and steaming
火锅 huǒ guō：hot pot

Welcome, this is our menu, what would you like to eat?
顾客(gùkè, customer): 有推荐的吗？

店员：喜欢吃猪肉、鸡肉还是牛肉？
xǐ huan chī zhū ròu 、 jī ròu hái shì niú ròu ？

店员：叉烧饭是我们的招牌菜，要不要试试？

A single order costs 20 yuan, and you can get a drink by adding 5 yuan.

What drinks are available?

dǎ bāo fèi yī kuài qián 。 yí gòng èr shí liù kuài 。
The take away fee is 1 yuan. A total of 26 yuan.
顾客：付了。

店员：请在那边取餐。

こんにちは、Atsushiです。
昨日、おとといは晴れでしたが、今日は雨がずっと降っています。雨が降るとランニングができないので、困りますね。

最近、雨がよく降ります。
それで、世界の国々ではどれぐらい雨が降るのか調べてみました！

グローバルノート、というサイトで、世界の年間降水量 国別ランキング・推移を見てみました。

みなさん、世界で1番雨が降る国はどこかわかりますか？

1位はなんと、コロンビアでした！
2位はサントメ・プリンシペ、という国です、(初めて聞きました)
3位はパプアニューギニアでした。

それぞれとても赤道に近い国ですね。
そして、日本は何位でしょうか？

日本は、48位でした。
182位、1番雨が少ない国はエジプトでした。

中東の地域は雨がとても少ないようですね。
砂漠の地域が多いことからも、わかりますね。

日本は6月ごろに梅雨つゆ、という雨がたくさん降る時期があります。今この8.9月は台風があります。その影響で強い雨がよく降ります。冬は雨というより雪になることも多いです。

雨が多い国ではどうやってすごしているんですかね。
ちょっと気になりました。

もし、雨よく降るよ！という国の方がいましたら、ぜひレッスンで話をしましょう！いや、私の国は全く降らないよ！という方もぜひ！話したいです。
