“꼼짝 마!”

꼼짝 마가 뭐예요? What is 꼼짝 마? 

"꼼짝" is a kind of mimetic word meaning a sluggish and slow movement. 
And when the imperative ending "-아" is added to the verb "말다", it becomes "마".
So if we put things together, 
“꼼짝 마”
Don’t do any slow movement! Don’t move! Freeze!

Especially in K-dramas, police officers often use this expression toward criminals.

(A)  Was alternative Energiegewinnung angeht, ist das BALKONKRAFTWERK  "DER LETZTE SCHREI“ in Deutschland. Worum handelt es sich? 
(B)  Ein oder zwei Solarmodule werden auf dem Balkon eines Hauses, auf der Terrasse oder an der Fassade installiert. Sie erzeugen maximal 800 Watt Solarstrom, der über eine Steckdose in das STROMNETZ des Haushalts eingespeist wird. Die Anschaffungskosten sind nicht allzu hoch. Die Installation ist kein Problem und der bürokratische AUFWAND hält sich in Grenzen. 
(C)  Natürlich spielen mehrere Faktoren eine Rolle, aber eine solche Anlage kann sich in etwa 6 Jahren amortisieren.Es ist klar, dass Balkonkraftwerke die Energieprobleme unserer Zeit nicht lösen werden. Es ist auch klar, dass man mit ihnen keinen finanziellen Gewinn macht. 
(D)  JEDOCH ist die Installation einer solchen ANLAGE ein Schritt in Richtung Energie-Ersparnis. Man lernt, bewusster mit Energie umzugehen und Spaß macht es auch.

Hi, and welcome back to Everyday English with Teacher Alyse! I’m so happy you’re here. Today, we’re going to talk about a small but powerful change you can make in your daily conversations—replacing the word sorry with thank you.
Many English learners, and even native speakers, use "sorry" too often. While saying sorry is important when you truly make a mistake, overusing it can make you seem less confident and even unnecessary in some situations. Instead, shifting to thank you can make your communication more positive and empowering.
Let’s go through some common situations where you might be tempted to say "sorry" and how to rephrase them in a more confident and appreciative way.
Instead of saying: “I’m sorry I’m late.”
➝ Say: “Thank you for waiting for me.”
→ Why? This shift acknowledges the other person’s patience rather than focusing on your mistake. It creates a more positive tone.

Why Is It Important to Limit "Sorry"?
Using "sorry" too often can make you seem less confident and even weaken your message. It can also make an issue seem bigger than it actually is. Of course, when you truly make a mistake, a sincere apology is important. But by replacing unnecessary "sorrys" with "thank yous," you turn negative situations into positive interactions.
