没人知道为什么会这样。有人说是天气原因。有人说是电力系统出了大问题。葡萄牙领导人说是天气原因。西班牙领导人要求人们在必要时才使用电话。

现在有些地方恢复供电了，但不是所有地方。许多人在等待。没有电力的生活是很艰难的。由此可见，人们每天多么需要电力。
