4月が始まり、ようやく日本に暖かい春がやってきました。
桜も咲き始めて、いろんな場所へ出かけたくなります。

名古屋へ旅行に来た時におすすめしたいのは "カリテコバイク" といって街中で気軽に借りることができる自転車です。
名古屋のいろんな場所にこの "カリテコバイク" を借りる場所があり、好きな場所へ返すことができます。
アプリケーションを使って登録し、支払いもクレジットカードや電子マネーなどが使えます。

マナーを守って、春の暖かい季節にこの自転車を借りていろんな場所へ行ってみてください。
因みに、名前の "カリテコ" は "借りていこう！" を短く省略したスラングです。
"カリテコ" で自転車を借りて行こう♪

Le vieil homme et Daniel arrivent à Marseille. Ils sortent du camion. Ils entrent dans le restaurant "La Ratatouille folle". Il n’y a personne parce qu’il est trop tôt. Ils prennent l’autobus. Ensuite ils marchent vers l’appartement d’Arnaud. Il n’y a personne. Daniel recharge son téléphone. Il appelle Julie. Elle est sortie avec Arnaud. Ils reviennent à l’appartement. Daniel présente Arnaud à son père.
Ils décident de célébrer avec un diner. Mais Daniel ne veut pas de ratatouille, il veut une pizza.

Work smart it means once you are connected you can find the right solution for you, no shortcuts!
Meditate constantly even 5 minutes per day, everyday and you will be start to be connected.
Commit yourself even a small amount but continue everyday.
Choose to do what you want to do, take responsibility. Nobody is forcing you is always you!
Once you know yourself better you will create the way, your way.
And from there keep on going...

大家好！今天我们要聊一聊中国传统节气小寒。小寒是中国二十四节气中的第二十三个节气，每年在公历的1月5日至7日之间准时登场。在这个时候，北方的雪花开始飘落。不过小寒时节，虽寒犹美。这个时节，梅花凌寒盛开，民间有小寒赏梅的习俗。而在北方，平均气温低于冰点，河面结冰厚实，十分适合冰雪运动。当然，到了小寒，吃的可是重头戏！围炉煮酒，羊肉汤轮番上阵，真是让人暖心又暖胃。
Hi everyone! Today, we’re talking about Minor Cold—one of China’s traditional solar terms.
Minor Cold is the 23rd of the 24 solar terms, arriving right on schedule between January 5th and 7th each year.
At this time, snowflakes begin to fall in northern China.But even in the chill, there’s beauty! This is when plum blossoms brave the cold and bloom proudly. It’s a beloved custom to admire plum blossoms during Minor Cold.
In the north, temperatures stay well below freezing, and rivers freeze thick enough for skating and sledding—perfect for winter fun! 
And of course… food steals the show at Minor Cold!
Nothing beats gathering around the stove, sipping warm wine, and savoring bowl after bowl of rich lamb soup—warming both heart and stomach!
Bonjour à tous ! Aujourd’hui, parlons de Xiaohan — « le Petit Froid » —, l’un des vingt-quatre termes solaires de la tradition chinoise. Xiaohan est le 23e terme solaire, et il arrive ponctuellement entre le 5 et le 7 janvier chaque année.
À cette époque, les flocons de neige commencent à tomber dans le nord de la Chine. 
Pourtant, même dans le froid, la beauté rayonne ! C’est maintenant que les fleurs de prunier osent éclore sous la neige. Une jolie coutume veut qu’on les admire à Xiaohan.
Au nord, les températures restent bien en dessous de zéro, et les rivières gèlent assez solidement pour patiner ou faire du traîneau — idéal pour s’amuser en hiver ! 
Et bien sûr… la nourriture est la vedette de Xiaohan !
Rien de mieux que de se rassembler autour du poêle, boire un vin chaud, et déguster une soupe d’agneau bien corsée — réchauffant à la fois le cœur et l’estomac !
