私は昼間に赤羽と荒川周辺を、散歩しました。

•私たちは赤羽の一番街で待ち合わせをしました。8/22(木曜日) 19:30くらい、セイさんが仕事が終わってから来てもらった。

•居酒屋に行って、食べて飲んで話しました。
お店の外にある席に座りました。
それから、ラーメンを食べました。
それが8/22(木曜日) 

次の日、私は池袋に行きました。(単独行動)

8/24(土曜日) 赤羽のマクドナルドで待ち合わせをして、秋葉浜に行きました、いろいろな店をを探検しました。
それから池袋に行きました。アニメ系のお店を見ました。パルコのレストランでトンカツを食べました。

Matòòòòò…. Si muore di caldo!!!!
Non poteva che iniziare così quest’ennesima rubrica.
Sembra che questa sia l’estate più calda di sempre – ma mi sembra che lo dicano tutti gli anni.
E quindi anche la rubrica, e quindi anche io, battiamo la fiacca alla grande!
Ma come ovviare a questa indolenza?
Di solito d’estate gli italiani si riscoprono lettori.
Certo: per leggere devi restare immobile, non muovere neanche un muscolo, così non sudi.
Mi sembra sempre una buona strategia.
E allora ecco che negli ultimi anni sono arrivati “i libri dell’estate”. perché tutti andiamo in vacanza, tutti in vacanza abbiamo più tempo.
E allora ecco che ci siamo ritrovati a consigliare libri a persone sconosciute, a comprare almeno tre titoli che dovremmo assolutamente leggere per poterne parlare alle cene di settembre, a pensare che avere più tempo da assaporare possa passare attraverso i libri.
Come se fosse facile!
Anzitutto: cercare di finire Guerra e Pace di Tolstoj, provare ancora a leggere Ulisse di Joyce, fare scorta di almeno tre o quattro gialli – che sono sempre facili e appassionanti, mettere nella lista le nuove scrittrici irlandesi e, per chi ha ceduto, avere sempre con sé il kindle, con l’illusione di poter passare da un libro che non ci piace dopo sole venti pagine, a un altro…. Che forse farà la stessa fine.
Ma dove prendere i titoli giusti?
Niente di più facile: ovunque, e dico ovunque, ci sono le liste dei trecento libri che sono adatti all’estate: almeno il vincitore del premio Strega, 2 romanzi di cui parlano tutti, un classico, come dicevo prima, almeno uno di Elena Ferrante (oddio….), un libro assurdo…. E così via.

We had a small lunch party with friends, who are mothers having children of the same age.  That was our little luxury time. Under covit-19, we didn't have it for almost 2 years. However, finally, we are able to have it!  Today I'm talking about a lunch party with my mama's friends.

子どもが幼稚園、小学校のときは、よくママ友とランチ会に行きました。子供たちがいない間に気の合うお母さんたちだけで行くのです。子供がすっかり大きくなって、手がかからなくなると　お母さんたちも働き始めたりして　忙しくなります。そうなると、ランチ会も　もうほとんどすることはありません。
働きはじめると、お昼ごはんを外で食べる機会も多いのですが、私はたいていお弁当です。その上、コロナで　2020年から2022年の2年間は　友だちと集まって食事をするということも　ほとんどありませんでした。
それが、つい先日、久しぶりにランチ会らしいランチ会があったんです。　日本語教師仲間3人だけでしたが、大阪のおしゃれなイタリアンレストランでのランチです。待ち合わせのお店には　わたしが一番に到着したので、ほかの二人が来るまでの間、ランチコースのメニューをじっくり見ることができました。　コースのお値段は1250円、2500円、4500円の3種類でした。私は、ちょっと贅沢かもしれないけど、2500円のコースがいいなと思いました。　前菜、パン、パスタ、メインディッシュ、デザート、飲み物です。
パスタもメインディッシュも2種類から選ぶことができました。メインは豚肉のマスタード添えにすぐ決められましたが、パスタはとても迷いました。すると、店員さんが、量を減らして両方を用意できると言ってくれました。もちろん、そうしてもらいました。本当においしかったです。
ランチ会にイタリアンレストランを選ぶことは、以前からよくありました。なぜなら、どこの店に行っても、たいてい味もコース内容もいいし、何といってもコスパ、コストパフォーマンスがいいからです。　サラダ、パスタ、デザート、お茶で1000円から1200円ぐらいです。プチ贅沢ができるし、友だちとたくさんおしゃべりをすると、ストレスを発散できます。それにイタリアンレストランはちょっとおしゃれな感じのところが多いので、それもよく行く理由でした。
そんなにしょっちゅう行かなくてもいいけど、たまにこういうランチ会をするのもいいですね。
