具とは、なかにはいっているもののことです。

たとえば、
うめぼし、こんぶ、めんたいこ、シーチキンなどがありますね。

私はうめぼしが一番(いちばん)すきです。

めずらしい、おにぎりの具には、

まぐろ、いくら、からあげ、などもありますね。

みなさんは、おにぎりの具は何がすきですか？
どんな具のおにぎりを食べてみたいですか？
