If you have goals, whether it is short-term or long-term, it is important to have  a monk mode protocol. This means , three things that you must do in a day, no matter how busy you are.

        我点了米饭和两个菜，白雪点了汉堡和薯条。我问白雪，你觉得美国菜还是中国菜更好吃？她说，我都喜欢！
        吃完午饭以后，我们去喝了水果茶，水果茶很好喝，也很便宜。我们觉得太快乐了！

On Sunday, my good friend Bai Xue and I went to a restaurant for lunch. This restaurant is very special which has Chinese food and American food. The waiter gave us two glasses of water, and she asked what we needed. 
I ordered rice and two dishes, and Bai Xue ordered a hamburger and French fries. I asked Bai Xue, do you think American food or Chinese food is better? She said, I like them all!
After lunch, we went to have fruit tea, which was delicious and cheap. We feel so happy!

Fenomenet kallas autofagi – grekiska för ”själv-ätande” – och har kopplingar till Parkinsons sjukdom, diabetes typ 2 och många andra sjukdomar.
