有几件恢复能量的小事。第一件，和植物待一会。无论街边的树，家里的绿植，还是野外的花，都会让你感受到植物的宁静和能量。
第二件，向上看，再向上看。人类在向上看时会产生愉悦感。我们看向云朵，看向天空，眼光瞬间开阔。
第三件，自己待4分33秒。可以是家、公司、公园，闭上眼睛，打开计时器，倒数4分33秒，明显会放松，让人恢复力量。
第四件，轻松洗个澡。不管多么烦恼和焦虑，洗完澡好像坏心情通通不见了，格外舒展。
其实幸福来自小事，顺境中善待别人，逆境中善待自己。罗曼罗兰说：“这世界只有一种真正的英雄主义，那就是在看清生活的真相之后依然热爱生活。”加油。
