Hi Alex
Both are grammatically correct, but “with” is more natural in English.
The sentence with “with” : means the funds were used to organize the event.
The sentence with by: is just emphasizing on the agent that pays the funds

Hi Alexander
“The event was organised with the funds” is correct if you mean using money that is for organising the event.
It sound a bit odd to say “Organised by the funds” because funds are money, not the people/organisation doing the organising.
Another way you could say it is: The funds were used to organise the event.
I hope that helps.

By would mean the money is the organizer.

“The event was organized with the funds” is grammatically correct. It means the funds were used to organize or pay for the event.
“The event was organized by the funds” is not natural because “by” normally tells us who or what performed the action. Money does not organize an event.
For example:
“The event was organized by the local community.”
“The event was organized with funds from the local community.”
You could also say “The event was funded by the local community” if you want to focus specifically on who provided the money.
