How’s it going?… or sometimes in the US we say… How goes it?  It means the same thing.  How goes it is informal and friendly. So, what are we talking about today. Techno, Rock, Hip Hop, Classical – whatever the genre is, we have all been exposed to music in one way or another. According to Nielson’s Music 2014 study, 94% of the American population chose to listen to music for 25 hours per week on average. I have a sound system in my office so that I can blast music during my free time throughout the day but do you know that there are health benefits that come from listening to your favorite songs? So great and meaningful! Please keep up the momentum! As I listened to this episode, a very special memory came to mind. I was once at the extraordinary sitar player, Anouska Shankar's performance. I admire all musicianship and instruments, but until that day, I found it so hard to listen to sitar. But that day, the moment the live sitar came in, all sense of time disappeared. It was like experiencing infinity. Now I listen to most different world instruments/sound vibrations. And it really is extraordinary for the mind. Thank you so much!
