I would suggest we find out the reason why the child is disruptive in the classroom first. For example, it could be the child’s parents are very busy and can’t spend enough time companying and caring him/her. In this case the child might just want to get more attention by being disruptive. We need then communicate with their parents and also show our caring to the child. On the other hand, if the kid simply lacks respect for the class, we need to teach him how to behave properly in the class.

I would suggest that we first determine why the child is being disruptive in class. For example, it is possible that the child's parents are very busy and unable to devote enough time to him or her. In this case, the child may simply want to draw more attention to himself/herself by being disruptive. We must then communicate with their parents and demonstrate our concern for the child. On the other hand, if the child simply lacks respect for the class, we must teach him proper classroom behaviour.
