What does "scrum" mean in Pirate of the Caribbean movie?
Man: Scrum. And the pleasure is all mine, now keep moving.
Jack: Scrum. Get your elbows in.

A scrum is a thing in rugby. It looks like this. The ball is inside under all those men. So 'get your elbows in' seems to be the first suggestion I made in your question about that.
