I ate a taco rice for today's lunch. I don't know it's well known in the world. It's a kind of rice bowl with tacos meat on rice. 🌮 🍚 It was made in Okinawa by Americans at first. Okinawa is Southernmost Prefecture in Japan. There are U.S. military bases. That's why japanese chef made it with reference to Japanese curry rice.🍛
