Which one of these sounds more appropriate?
Context: My friend is visiting the university today for some payment issues that affect both of us. Now I can't visit the university myself, so I want my friend to relay to me wtv the university staff is going to tell her about the payment issues.
A. Once you're back from the university, pls let me know whatever they tell you.
B. Once you're back from the university, pls let me know whatever they told you.
C. Once you're back from the university, pls let me know whatever they will tell/are going to tell you.
D. Once you're back from the university, pls let me know whatever they would tell you.
E. Once you're back from the university, pls let me know whatever they would have told you.

I would suggest:
Let me know what they say.

I think B is the correct answer (something like A I've heard from native speakers too, however, it was a very informal speech). Please, correct me if I am wrong. But I think Jonathan actually expressed it the best way because his answer is something that would be heard more often in English.
