Of course, a person can learn a lot of processes, methods, but it isn't possible learning ability like empathy, charisma, tolerance, open mind.
Every situation is a world apart and every group of people is different, so the lead must pick up emotions, signals and act following own perceptions.

Of course, a person can learn a lot of processes and methods, but it isn't possible to learn an ability like empathy, charisma, tolerance, open mindedness. (Since it's not possible to learn, and they are innate, these might more commonly be called 'traits').
Every situation is a world apart and every group of people is different, so a leader must pick up on emotions, signals and act following his/her/their own perceptions.
