Many people would think that teenagers should be given the chance to make amends and have second lives. Because they think when a teenager committed a crime, the teenager should not be the only one to blame, but also his parent and sometimes the society. Well it is understandable. But if you put yourself in victim's shoes, it is never too easy to say forgive, especially when it comes to some vicious crimes. The bad result would not change whatever it is caused by a teenager or an adult. In terms of justice, I support teenagers that commit major crimes should take the same responsibility as an adult. Because it is talking about major crimes, we have no rights to forgive a murder or rapist on behalf of the victims. Showing mercy to criminals can never come first than victims.

Well it is understandable. But if you put yourself in victim's shoes, it is never too easy to say "forgive," especially when it comes to some vicious crimes. The bad result(devastating outcome) of a crime would not change whether it is caused by a teenager or an adult. In terms of justice, I support the view that teenagers who commit major crimes should take the same responsibility as an adult.
