The first one is a bad construction. You don't want to use "now" as an adverb to describe a completed action.
The grammar is fine with the second and third ones, but your meaning is unclear. What are you trying to say?

The phrases "Now I got touched," "This time I got touched," and "Yesterday I got touched" do not sound entirely natural in English. They can be ambiguous and may be interpreted in various ways depending on the context. If you're referring to an emotional reaction, you might want to use a different phrase. Here are more natural alternatives for expressing an emotional response:
"Now I'm touched."
"This time I'm touched."
"Yesterday I was touched."
If you mean that someone physically touched you, it might be clearer to specify the context. For example:
"Now someone touched me."
"This time someone touched me."
"Yesterday someone touched me."
If you provide more context, I can help refine the sentences further.

쓴 문장의 문법은 괜찮은데 의미는 이상한 것 같아요. 문맥은 뭔가요? 뭐는 뭐를 먼졌나요? 아니면 ‘be touched'을 ’감동을 받다‘라는 의미로 쓴 걸까요?
