Please help me the meaning of the word “screwed on” in that sentence . TIA

This literally means to be attached like a screw goes into wood.
But it's an idiom, and the expression means to be sensible and intelligent. Its like a person whose head isn't attached properly, might lose their head and make stupid decisions.
