What's the difference between "fold" and "flab" when it comes to bodyfat?

Flab is soft loose flesh on a person's body. A fold is the way the skin falls. A fold a double layer of skin.

Fold in this case implies that one layer of body fat (or flab) is laying on top of / over another part. Flab is very similar in this regard, but flab means "soft loose flesh on a body"
